With voice cloning enabled, the other person hears your actual voice — not a generic robot. The quality is high enough that most people cannot tell the difference. Without cloning (Free plan), a default voice is used.

When the other person speaks during a call, VoiceCrumbs transcribes their words and shows them to you in real time. If the call is in a foreign language, the transcription is translated to your language so you can read and respond by typing.
