4. Voice Data & Cloning

Your voice clone is private to your account. We do not share your voice data with third parties, use it for training purposes, or allow other users to access it. Voice clones are used exclusively to power calls you initiate. You can delete your voice clone at any time from your account settings.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate VoiceCrumbs:

  • Twilio — for making and receiving phone calls
  • OpenAI — for AI agent responses and translations
  • Fish Audio / ElevenLabs — for text-to-speech voice synthesis
  • Stripe — for payment processing
  • Neon — for database hosting

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Call transcriptions and conversation history are stored to enable conversation continuity. You can delete individual conversations or your entire account at any time. When you delete your account, all associated data including voice clones is permanently removed.

7. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Google Analytics to understand how our service is used. You can manage cookie preferences through the cookie consent banner.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
