1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VoiceCrumbs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VoiceCrumbs is an AI-powered phone calling platform that enables users to make phone calls by typing text, which is converted to speech using voice cloning technology. The Service includes voice cloning, real-time translation, IVR navigation, call transcription, and AI agent calling capabilities.

3. Account & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use VoiceCrumbs to:

  • Impersonate another person without their explicit consent
  • Make fraudulent, harassing, or threatening phone calls
  • Clone the voice of someone who has not given their consent
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send spam calls or engage in telemarketing without proper authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Voice Cloning Consent

By using the voice cloning feature, you represent and warrant that you are cloning your own voice or have obtained explicit consent from the person whose voice you are cloning. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws regarding voice cloning and synthetic voice usage.

6. Plans & Payment

  • Free plan: 5 minutes per month with a shared caller ID and default voice.
  • Pro plan ($4.99/month): 120 minutes per month with voice cloning, translation, playbooks, personal caller ID, and emotion tags.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time.
  • Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.

7. Intellectual Property

The VoiceCrumbs platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by VoiceCrumbs. You retain ownership of your voice data, conversation content, and playbooks. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

VoiceCrumbs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: call quality issues, translation inaccuracies, voice clone quality, service interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Call Recording & Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all applicable call recording and consent laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of the person you are calling. Some jurisdictions require all-party consent for call recording. VoiceCrumbs stores call transcriptions for your use — it is your responsibility to ensure this complies with local laws.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data, including voice clones and conversation history, will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
